At Upstate Tattoo Expo, we are passionate about tattoos and piercings, bringing all of it together from all over the country in one place. Our combined team has years of experience in the convention industry, organizing some of Upstate NY's largest event including Saratoga, Mid-Hudson, & Plattsburgh Comic Con.
