Every contest will have a 1st (TROPHY), 2nd (TROPHY), and 3rd Place (CERTIFICATE).

We reserve the right to approve or deny contestants.

Rules

1. All Judging will be based on Saturation, Line Quality, Smoothness of Fades, Composition, Respect of Light, Legibility, Creativity and How it fits on body. 
2. Contestants may sign-up anytime up to ½ hour before contest time.
3. Judging begins ½ hour before contest start time.
4. Ms. Tattooed Upstate NY: Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes! Must be 18 to enter. Ladies will be judged on tattoos and presentations. No Nudity, No Exceptions.
5. Tattoo of the Day: All pieces must be started and completed in the same day.
6. Best of Show: All pieces must have started and completed at the convention and can also be tattoo of the day(s).
7. Photographers and videographers may be present to capture images and video of contest winners and participants. UTE reserves the right to publish these photos and videos for promotional and documentation purposes across social media, its website, and printed materials.
